In this stage, Konstantinidis Construction will make an accurate costing of the selected -by the customer- applications, delivering and specifying-with quote form- all the construction details and clarifications.
It is possible, if the customer desire it, to make design proposals or depict, with photorealistic display, the details of spaces (or one of them) which will occur after the works ( on the site).
Initially, Konstantinidis Construction makes the costing of interventions, on the site which will be renovated, and does not include the expenses that may be need for work permission and provisions (for new water and electricity connections) for the project. Nevertheless, if it is customers’ desire, the company is feasible to provide assistance, in this field, by corporative engineers.

Konstantinidis Construction undertakes to visit the site of renovation, hear the demands and needs of customer and finally adjust to these, creating premeditation, free of charge, for the interventions which are connected with the proportional application study for restoration.
This service is completed in two or three meetings and there is no charge. With the completion of the meetings, which is referred above, the customer will be able to know, approximately, the cost of interventions which have been chosen by him/her. Moreover, the customer will be able to see the conformation of rooms, printed in 2D dimension, if this has been decided. If there is an agreement from both sides, therefore, customer and building contractor move on to the next stage.
